Unfortunately, we are all mere mortals, so we need to work hard to look only a few years younger. Fortunately, with the advancements in science and nutrition, there are ways that we can slow down the aging process.
Obviously, there are so many different avenues that we can explore, but for time’s sake, I think we should look at something that is easy to do and accessible to most people, hence helping more people in one answer.
An excellent way to stay young is to look at what you eat, and the easiest way to get a ton of nutrients in your system is by juicing. It can be a lot of work, but the results are worth the effort.

Ultimately I think the easiest thing is just to accept that you are going to age and to take it in your stride. Growing old with grace is a beautiful thing. Do what you can to stay healthy, but don’t try to stay young, it’s a losing battle, unfortunately.
