Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajra Member Parliament from Sri. Anandpur Sahib Constituency along with Mohali Halka Incharge Captain Tejinder Pal Singh Sidhu, Jathedar Baljit Singh Kumbra, Adv. Harmanpreet Singh Prince (Distt. President Youth Akali Dal Mohali) ,Mrs. Kuldip Kaur Kang, Parvinder Singh Baidwan and other Senior akali leadership and workers while burning effigy of Congress Government at Dusshera Gorund Mohali stated that it is a well known fact to the whole of the world that Congress Government while concealing their sins in 1984 riots, attack on Holy Akal Takhat, false promises of employment given to the youth and loan waiver of farmers and other burning issues, further played a game with the Sikh Panth through Mock Commission of Justice Ranjit Singh only to divert the attention of people from the most sensitive issues.
Prof. Chandumajra further stated main issue of Congress Government was to initiate internal fight between Sikh Community through the report of Justice Ranjit Singh commission and also added that Congress Government has hatched conspiracy to finish the very existence of Shiromani Committee and other Sikh institutions . Prof. Chandumajra invited the attention of masses and recollected the Massacre of 1984 and commented with emotional words of Sri Akal Takht even though Tanks used by the Army than How could Congress finished the respect of Community through mock commission. He also said that Captain Amrinder Singh used very derogatory words on the floor of Vidhan Sabha which made the Punjabi Community Shameful.
He Stressed that people who are not members of the house should not be allowed to speak, it being against the norms of the house. Prof. Chandumajra also stated that this session of Vidhan Sabha should be considered as Black Day as Congress Government has insulted Highest seat of Sikh Panth and its Jathedars along with honourable members of SGPC and DSGMC. He further warned that congress should learn lesson for the History that whosoever has conspired against the Sikh Panth has suffered irreparable loss.
Prof. Chandumajra criticised the speaker of Vidhan Sabha for not taking action against the erring members who had violated the decorum of the house.
