 The next iPhones will be powered by Apple A10 processor. While the iPhone 7 is expected to come with 2GB RAM, Apple might offer double RAM of 4GB in the bigger iPhone 7 Plus. Also, the iPhone 7 Plus is likely to run the same processor with increased clock speed.

32GB Minimum storage

 The i7 and 7 Plus is expected to feature a minimum of 32GB internal storage. Rumors have it that Apple might introduce a 256GB storage variant for business users.
