A few days back we had heard news about fifteen Muslims missing from Kerala following a series of bomb blasts. These people were suspected with ISI link and a search F.I.R. was lodged after their missing by their relatives and family.
One of the missing youngsters named Mohammad Marwan has recently sent a text message claiming himself to be a terrorist. He writes, “People may call me a terrorist. If fighting in the path of Allah is terrorism, yes I am a terrorist”.
According to the Intelligence team, the message was sent through the Telegram app in the last week of June. The youth claims that the message which he sent was from a territory under the ISIS’s control in West Asia which is not yet confirmed by the Intelligence team.
Further in the message, Marwan promises that he would be back soon after helping the terror group to release the persecuted Muslims from Kashmir, Gujarat, and Muzaffarnagar.
He also said that the place where he is Muslims including small children are killed in the serial bomb blasts deliberately done by the US and Russian commandos. He can’t sit at home rejoicing without protecting the Muslim “ummah” from the attacks.
To prove his point, he further said, “Allah will ask what I was doing when the community was being persecuted”. “Didn’t the Prophet teach us that the entire ummah is like one body? It is my religious duty to fight for the protection of the community”
He described the situation prevailing amongst the IS-controlled states to be bad. People don’t have electricity as the rival countries whom he calls “enemies of Islam”, have blocked them.
He claims that he is aware of the consequences of what he is doing. He says his decision of joining the IS was his own and there is no one’s mastermind behind. He left for joining the team soon after hearing the news about the developments in Islamic State.
